ACFLA in association with the Chapman University Conservatory of Music Call for Scores for Supové/Shpachenko Piano Duo Recital

Composers of any age and nationality are invited to submit new or previously performed original unpublished or self-published works up to ten minutes in length for piano duo (4 hands x 1 piano or 2 pianos).
One selected work will be performed by Kathleen Supové and Nadia Shpachenko at Chapman University’s Salmon Recital Hall (Orange, CA) on Saturday, February 20, 2016.
Please submit the following materials by midnight Tuesday, December 1, 2015:
• Score (pdf file)
• Recording, if available (mp3 file or a permanent link to larger files is preferred, MIDI realizations are acceptable)
• Short CV, resume or bio (pdf file)
• Your contact information (email, phone, address)
Please note:

While this call for scores is intended for current members of the American Composers Forum, composers who are not members of ACF may also make a submission. If a piece by a non-member is selected for performance, the composer is expected to become a member of ACF. To find out more about ACF, please visit the website:
The selected composer will be notified in January 2016. There is no cash award. Composer’s attendance at the concert is encouraged, but not required. The coverage of travel and other expenses cannot be offered, but a limited number of complementary tickets for the concert will be provided to the selected composer in attendance.
