Call for humorous piano pieces for recording project

Dr. Samuel Stokes is a music composer and educator who wrote his dissertation on musical humor and has had his humorous songs played on the Dr. Demento Show on many occasions. This is a call for humorous piano pieces to be recorded by Samuel Stokes and made available for listening at

Entry fee: None.
Length: Up to approximately 1 minute in duration
Difficulty: Any
Humor: Any type (it would be nice to see a variety of different kinds)
Extended techniques: These are welcome but not required. Anything that can be reasonably performed on any standard type of piano is fine. Vocal sounds maybe used, but it still should be primarily a piano piece and not a song.
Number of entries: You may submit as many works as you like for consideration.
