Join Creative Europe Desk UK-Scotland, Scottish Music Industry Assocation and the Traditional Music Forum for an afternoon focused on collaboration, partnerships and networks in Europe and beyond, followed by networking drinks.

Find out more about Creative Europe’s funding and opportunities for the cultural, creative and heritage sectors and hear from two case studies of Cooperation Projects working in the music sector with Kate Deans, Creative Europe Desk UK – Scotland, Andy Brydon from Curated Place in Manchester, lead partner in Moving Classics, and National Youth Orchestra Scotland, who are part of MusXChange.

We’ll then hear from a short presentations from a variety of music organisations involved in European partnerships and networks, including Ian Smith from the European Music Council, David Francis, European Folk Music Network, and Carol Main, Live Music Now Scotland. This will be followed by a discussion and Q&A.

Alan Morrison, Head of Music at Creative Scotland, will also talk about other opportunities for networking and developing international contacts in Europe and internationally.

Finally, attendees are warmly invited to continue the conversation with other Scottish organisations and professionals interested in international collaboration over a drink.
