Event Details

The Cumnock Tryst is a festival of classical and new music in East Ayrshire, founded by Artistic Director Sir James MacMillan. This year’s artists in residence, Scottish Ensemble, are joined by brilliant young guitarist Sean Shibe and world-renowned Westminster Cathedral Choir for a varied programme of ancient and new music, including MacMillan’s Seven Last Words from the Cross, conducted by the composer.
