Scottish superwomen of science — Minerva Scientifica

Illustration of a woman with scientific instruments

This musical, theatrical and scientific presentation pairs the work of female scientists with female composers, showcasing hidden stories and achievements by little-known names. Sampling the outcomes of partnerships between Scottish arts, sciences and education organisations, the show is managed by Frances M Lynch, Artistic Director of ‘electric voice theatre’. Scientific input is provided by Dr Pam Cameron of ‘Novo Science’, and stories are contributed by the Library’s Science Curator, Catherine Booth.
