FACE THE MUSIC: Call-for-scores Bb trumpet, horn in F, and tuba

Vox Novus is calling for scores composed for Bb trumpet, horn in F, and tuba FACE THE MUSIC to be premiered on March 10, 2016 for the Composer’s Voice concert series in New York City.

Guidelines:
-Works for Bb trumpet, horn in F, and tuba.
-Works should be composed specifically for this call and performers.
-All works must be for trio: no solos or duets.
-All pieces must be premieres and not previously written or performed.
-Works must be 10 minutes or less in length.
-Multiple submissions are not accepted. Send your best work!
-Works need to be submitted online at www.MusicAvatar.org
-You will need to register with Music Avatar for free to submit your work online.
-When registering make sure to upload a profile picture.
-After logging in to Music Avatar, select the opportunity named “FACE THE MUSIC: Call-for-scores Bb trumpet, horn in F, and tuba” and press the “submit” button to start the submission process.
-You will need to provide a maximum 100-word biography and 100-word program notes.
-You will be able to upload a score as a PDF file (include parts at the end of the score)
-You may also upload an audio file; however it is not required.
-Score must include the dedication to FACE THE MUSIC on the score.
-Performance notes should be included in the score.
