Made in Scotland – Now open

Made in Scotland, a curated showcase promoting high-quality music, theatre and dance to international promoters and audiences at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, is now accepting applications.  The purpose of the Programme is to raise the international profile of Scottish artists through the promotion of Scottish work at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and this fund supports the Made in Scotland Showcase as well as Onward International Touring.  Made in Scotland is a partnership between the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society, the Federation of Scottish Theatre, the Scottish Music Centre and Creative Scotland, and is supported through the Scottish Government’s Edinburgh Festivals Expo Fund.

Key dates to note:

·         Applications for Made in Scotland Showcase funding should be submitted by email by Monday 21 November 2016

·         The Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society and Creative Scotland will be running information sessions for potential applicants on the following dates:
·         Thursday 6 October 2016, 2-4pm – Scottish Music Centre, Glasgow
·         Thursday 13 October, 2016, 11am-1pm – Dovecot Studios, Edinburgh
