    Description

    Organised by St Andrews Music Participation, professional and learner brass players are brought together over the weekend - culminating in this online concert which includes the world premiere of 'Mysteries of the Universe' by John Wallace and 'Earthrise' by Edward McGuire. The conductor of the ensembles will be Bede Williams with the participation of members of the Wallace Collection brass ensemble, the National Youth Brass Band of Scotland and members of Fife Brass Bands. The performance space is the new Laidlaw Music Centre at the University of St Andrews whose astro-physics and astronomy experts will explain the theme 'Stars and Spectra'.
