New Music Scotland Members meet-up, University of Stirling
- 20 Jul 2025, 2 p.m., Pathfoot Building, University of Stirling, Stirling, None, None
Description
The first of our regional meet-ups will take place at the University of Stirling at the new Three Rivers Festival following the performance of THE COTTAGE OF THE CLIFFS by Anna Michels (piano) and Orla Stevens (artist) and will be hosted by NMS board member and viola player Katherine Wren.
This improvised performance takes place on 20th July at 2pm in the Crush Hall, University of Stirling and more information can be found here: https://www.threeriversfestival.co.uk/copy-of-19-july-song-recital
Following the performance there will be the opportunity to chat informally to the performers and look around the University of Stirling Art Collection before we walk to the Meadowpark Hotel close by to chat further. Whilst we are particularly keen to link new music practitioners in the Stirling/Perthshire area, all are welcome to come along and find out more about what is happening in Stirlingshire.
