In Kim Moore’s experimental, research film, Hecate, made on residency at Hospitalfield, manipulated and warped Tuba and Strings accompany distorted and deconstructed visuals of the bloom and decay process in flowers, handheld and wrapped in constantly shifting colours and forms. It is an imagined crossing through earth and natures form, with Hecate, the chief goddess presiding over magic and spells, shining a guiding light from the underworld to overworld.
Presented as part of a digital double bill with Hammy Sgìth.
Performers Kim Moore, Danielle Price, Katrina Lee
