Marketing and Communications Manager — Scottish Ensemble
Deadline: 26 Jul 2021
Salary £26-28,000 depending on experience.
The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for driving audiences and revenue across Scotland and beyond, for all our live and digital work. We are looking for a post-holder who can both be innovative in how they talk about and sell our work, but also ensure that those creative marketing strategies are underpinned by evaluation, consistent reporting and robust systems.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a small, collaborative, non-hierarchical and creative team, each of whom plays a crucial role in realising the ambitions of the organisation, one of the UK’s most innovative and dynamic classical ensembles.
We are looking for candidates who identify with and are excited by Scottish Ensemble’s mission and philosophy. You will be an exceptional communicator and someone with a strong track record. You will be a creative and fast thinker, and someone who will excel in a role that is at once strategic and practical. You will also be someone who is excited to work in a non-siloed environment, and able to contribute more widely than simply within the confines of your role description – bringing to the team ideas and suggestions that benefit all areas of the organisation’s work.
Deadline for applications: Monday 26 July, 5.30pm
